The staffs are very professional, friendly, and passionate in their duties. Especially Mr. Haykal. He is very helpful. He still can smile even when there are so many guests during this summer holiday, doing the job so efficiently and effectively. Thank you. Sure will come again.

The facilities are good. 2nd time of stay here. My child likes it.

*Review: DoubleTree by Hilton Damai Laut* Disappointing stay despite the premium price. The room was expensive but didn’t meet the standard expected from Hilton — definitely overrated. Concierge staff were unhelpful and showed little interest in assisting with luggage, possibly because we arrived in a normal car, not a luxury one — which left a poor impression. Facilities are good and the environment is pleasant. Breakfast was tasty but unfortunately overshadowed by the presence of flies at the dining area, which was off-putting. Also, Wi-Fi access is limited — only basic speed is free, and you’ll need to pay extra for better connectivity, which feels unreasonable for the price point. Overall, the setting is beautiful, but service, hospitality, and attention to detail fall short.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel very great but location quite far. Nearby beach and all facilities suitable for kids. Love the breakfast and view ! Food from axis lounge quite dissapointed. Cold and the environment not suitable for kids since at night quite dark. But overall, really enjoy my day here.

I love the amenities provided including kids club, board games, mini waterpark & the breakfast is delicious. Also has SPA there for those who wants to have relaxing massage. But the place is not so stroller friendly. Quite hassle for me to lift up my child's stroller and trolley we brought there. Probably can improve on this prt only. The rest is god.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Be it for only a night. We took the trip to seek solace in order to soak the ambience, panaromic view, quiet and serene atmosphere that this resort cld offer. We were not dissapointed. Dinner and breakfast served were stupendously. Though it rained through the night we managed to spend the morning traversing the beach fronting the resort. We will make a date to return. A rating of 4 compliment our stay.

The service was awesome. My kids enjoyed the pool and the beach so much. Worth every penny spent on this hotel.

app not submit my request to the hotel for connecting room, but due to that, hotel upgraded my room to executive to make sure I get connecting room which only those room are available. The hospitality by the hotel very good. It just the toilet door don't have any lock which not suitable for family with small kids. Cleanliness can be upgraded and foods are just OK. Some of the foods too dried (kuih Melayu) and we had nasi lemak masin on our 2nd day 😅 but 3rd day was nice.

I am so happy to be here with my family on school holidays. Staff is very helpful and kind. I want to change room, they help me without any problems. Surely I will to be here again, good memories. But, its very far from main road. Very hard to find food. Secondly, the monkeys problem is quite dangerous. Third, The most uncomfortable part here is breakfast quite boring and late to top up when peak hour. We have to wait so long and my children start to make drama because of that. 😝.

Rooms are clean and comfy. But the TV malfunctioned in the evening, promptly replaced with a new one. The fridge body had current around it and I was electrocuted when I touched. Made a complaint. Hopefully they fixed it. The security for the pool towel was beyond ridiculous. Had to sign various forms just for a towel. Pool was OK. I think they need to a mini market for us to get simple provisions as the nearest shop is > 30 mins away via a nauseating path.

All the environment was so amazing calm and peaceful. The room, the resort, the dinner, the pool everything was very superb. I want to give rate 10 star for this memorable in my life. And of course will repeat again next vacation with my family. Thank you DoubleTree by Hilton.

Flies still there but not many and still acceptable. At makan kitchen, so far just one or two flies occasionally. Monkeys are everywhere, so need to be cautious for your belonging. Friendly and helpful staffs. The resort maintain good cleanliness and the newly refurbished room is very comfortable and clean. The layout of the room is good. The large screen 60 inch samsung TV is available but I think unable to connect external HDMI port. Breakfast is okay okay and taste is just average, about 6/10. Overall, I rate it 8/10 for my stay.

Near rhe beach and love the surroundings.

I love this resort so much! Really healing. Beautiful view, I took a sea view room, superb! Very good service. My kids really enjoy the kids club, the pool. In the morning, I jog in that area which is the best! Beach activities are also available, not so bad. The room is really clean and beautiful. Kids club has PS4. The gym is also the best. Breakfast food is delicious. It's just a lot of flies, hehe, I can't do what the flies feel like 🤣 overall I give 5 stars. Will repeat again in the future although a little far. If you want to eat food, you can grab it too 🥰
