The hotel is located right in front of Kuta Beach, which is a big advantage. It's only about a 200-meter walk to the main tourist area, so getting to Kuta is very easy on foot. The price is affordable, and the hotel is quiet, making it a good place to relax. However, if you want to find more food options, you'll need to use a vehicle because there aren't many restaurants or shops nearby. The room facilities are standard, but the room is spacious and comfortable. The staff provide good service and are quite helpful.

A good choice for an affordable stay near Kuta Beach. The location is definitely a highlight—situated right in front of Kuta Beach, so you can easily walk to the beach anytime. It’s also close to many restaurants and bars, which makes it very convenient. The staff hospitality is good and the team is welcoming. However, I did notice that some of the room equipment feels a bit old and could be better maintained and cleaned. Overall, still a pleasant stay with good service from the team.

Close to Kuta Mandalika, beach, and clean

Check-in was easy and the staff were friendly. The location is strategic, even though it's at the very end of the busy center and the Mandalika Bazaar (a 3-minute motorbike ride to the Mandalika Bazaar). In the afternoon or morning, you can hang out on the beach and play in the waves, perfect for kids. There's ample indoor and outdoor motorcycle parking. The bathroom is spacious, but the details are a bit lacking.

The hotel is nice and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's right on the beach, but a 15-20 minute walk to the center.
