Nhân viên lễ tân không thân thiện, phòng cách âm quá tệ, khuyên mọi người không nên ở các tầng dưới bởi vì chỉ cần 1 bước chân nhẹ ở tầng trên cũng làm bạn mất ngủ, đồ ăn sáng vô cùng tệ, thậm chí còn không được phục vụ nước uống. Tóm lại quá tệ!

The villa is above all excellent, the room is super spacious, clean and fully equipped, the garden is extremely cool, spacious for the little ones to play, eating the villa's barbecue is both cheap and plentiful, the staff is warm. love, fast, my family forgot my shoes, they still deliver it to me, come to Hoi An, choose Bamboo to rest, everyone

Buổi tối khuya cúp điện, nhưng không có lễ tân, cũng không hề có 1 bảo vệ nào để hỗ trợ cho khách. Gọi không ai nghe máy. Lúc trả phòng cũng không nghe được một câu hỏi thăm hay xin lỗi từ các bạn lễ tân. Về vấn đề view thì đẹp.
