Sorry, my version of a receptionist is not very friendly, there wasn't even a bottle of mineral water in the room, and the TV channels can be counted on one hand, and even then they are local broadcasts.

99% of the hotel staff from the receptionist, etc., not a single one smiles at the guests, their smiles are so expensive. The taste of the food doesn't need to be explained anymore, just look at my rating.

I chose Diamond Hotel because it has a Family Room with an affordable price because I went with my kids, but it was far from my expectations, the room was cramped, the worst thing was the bathroom was really dirty, this is the first time I've stayed in a hotel where the AC water was thrown on the bathroom floor, can you imagine what the bathroom was like, slippery, wet all the time, the hotel staff, especially the FO, had really bad service, they were rude and not friendly at all, when we went in and out they ignored us, a big No for coming back again

good atmosphere and maintain the quality of the room and the cleanliness of the room....after staying many times, only one thing that is starting to be neglected is the bathroom walls are starting to have black spots and are not cleaned...otherwise very satisfied and will not move. The hotel is still the best diamond.

The first time I stayed here, I was immediately impressed with the clean room, the friendly staff, with that price you get a complete room with a sofa, mini bar and refrigerator. The bathroom is also clean, recommended. Next time I will stay at Diamond again.

The TV is dusty, the bathroom and the bottom of the toilet are yellow like that. And the toilet is a bit messy because the water can't be pushed, you have to turn the faucet at the back.
