Located in central of Mataram City. Food is amazing! We came for the food. Only stay just for the food!

The hotel staff is friendly, even the security is also friendly, the room is not spacious but nice. The swimming pool is especially very comfortable for playing with children.

This is one of my favorite hotels to stay in Mataram.

If possible, make the water stronger so it's fresh when you shower, but everything is top notch.

HR still lacks coordination and confuses guests, especially if we book a room for someone else, it's really an unpleasant experience staying here I DON'T HIDE THE COMPLAINING NAME, CAN THE MANAGER CONFIRM IT TO ME,

It's been several times staying at Prime Park Hotel and it's always memorable. Just a little input, when dropping off a family member in front of the lobby who is not in good health, it takes a long time because they have to be guided when getting on the vehicle. The security's facial expression is not pleasant to see, not all of them but in 2 days of staying, I saw more sour faces than smiles. Hopefully in the future it can be considered.
