We stayed only one night here but the hotel is nice. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The breakfast had many options and was well prepared. Everything was smooth and we enjoyed our short stay.

Easy to get everywhere, but the central area is congested. 😅
The food is delicious, the restaurant is pleasant by the pool, but the food variety is limited.
The cleanliness is good, the staff is friendly, the security is good, but there's no hot water/the water heater doesn't work.

The food was delicious, the room was great, the bathroom super good, and the shower gel and shampoo were good because they are from Dove. Love it! This is the pool.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I initially had a twin bed, but the receptionist gave me a double bed. They even found me a room that wasn't too far from the end of the room since I was staying alone. The room was spacious enough for a superior room. It was clean, and the amenities were adequate. The location is on a side street but quiet, making it a very strategic location. There's a convenience store directly across from the hotel. There are also many restaurants within walking distance.

The location is strategic, the staff are very helpful (security guard, receptionist, housekeeping). The bed is soft, the AC is cool, the room is clean and quite spacious. If I go to Bali, I want to stay here again.

The bathtub leaked and water seeped under the mini fridge. The curtains suddenly fell down. The floor was sticky. I already informed them that there were small children. The staff was friendly and kind. The room facilities need to be improved. Don't give them if they are not suitable. Thanks.
