The room was damp and stuffy. There was little lighting and no ventilation whatsoever.

The ladies and gentlemen are friendly. They always greet you when you arrive and leave, and they help you carry your things. There's a slight downside to the elevator's cleanliness; I'd recommend wiping it down to make it cleaner. The room itself is actually clean, but the sheets I received yesterday had stains on them, but they didn't smell.

It's tiring going up and down, but the elevator isn't working :( hopefully the elevator will be repaired soon. But if the hotel is close to Malioboro, the souvenir center is also close.

The room is large and clean, the bathroom and toilet are separate so it's suitable for those staying in a group!

I didn't take a picture of the place, but yesterday I stayed in a room on the first floor near the elevator that had no windows. The room was okay, only the top part of the bed, like the bedsheet, had brown spots, but that's okay hehe, and the bathroom was really small. But the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful.
