I complained because the room above me was noisy and not soundproof, but I was given the option to move rooms, the room was very spacious

The vibe is like a room at home, very cozy

friendly staff, nice restaurant. only towels, sheets, pillow cases, duvets are already yellow. walls are dirty, bathroom too. hopefully in the future it can be better.

hard mattress and pillows. and the bathroom smells a bit. seems like from the drain. and the bathroom has lots of insects

For the sheets, please pay attention again because the sheets in the room I got were not pure white.

The walls are a bit dirty with black stains and lipstick. Maybe it's time to repaint them. For the rest, it's okay for the price.

It was wonderful stay in Kala Hotel as my first time experience visiting Semarang. The staffs are all very friendly and helpful to server the best that they can. Would love to see Kala Hotel's improvement on my next visit.

Everything is okay. Everything is clean, advice to pay more attention to small parts that are starting to need maintenance.

When I entered the room, the smell of the room was unpleasant for some reason and when the water was first taken out of the tap, it was very smelly. Maybe it was due to rust on the tap. Breakfast was okay but unfortunately eggs were not served straight away and were not offered even though they were free. Overall, the staff were nice and friendly.

The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, the air conditioning is cold, the food is very delicious, the view from the restaurant and the room is great.
