But the thin male officer there insisted that Traveloka must be offline and asked to make a reservation via offline only in a stubborn tone. After a long debate because our position had just been hit by a disaster and my child was also sick, I told the officer that I would pay offline, it's okay by giving the amount of Rp. 200,000 while he said that the Traveloka reservation had not entered his system because he said it was offline even though I had shown all the proof of payment, and the next day he confirmed that the Traveloka payment had been entered and asked for my ID card, but after checking out he did not return the remaining money that I paid offline. So in the end I paid Double from the offline system according to the request of the very unfriendly officer and the payment through Traveloka itself was worth according to the application so the total was more than 400. I tried to ask the male officer, "I'll check out, sir, what about the payment, does that mean double my payment?" He just kept quiet and avoided me.
