First time staying, so far so good. The only downside is the lingering smell of cigarettes throughout the downstairs corridor, even though the room is air-conditioned. So, I can't say it's completely family-friendly, as there's a noticeable cigarette odor every time I pass through the downstairs corridor.

The staff was very friendly and gave us great service, including daily room cleaning and helping us with our luggage upon check in/out. They accommodated our request for additional toilet paper and to check the shower drain via whatsapp. Our one concern was with the smell of the room. There was an auto air freshener and it smelled okay at first, but after staying for 3 days, we could tell that it was masking a smell from the bathroom. Otherwise, it was a cute and comfortable room, great location and within walking distance to cafes, restos, and shops in the area.

It's really homey to stay here, the staff are really friendly, I like it, culinary is very easy, this is already my second time, basically if there are activities in the Blok M area, I will continue to staycation here.

At the time of check in, there were some areas that were being renovated, so it was a bit dusty & access to the room was a bit obstructed.

The place is very comfortable, but unfortunately the hotel does not provide breakfast.
