Hopefully in the future the service can be improved. When checking in at that time, I was very disappointed because the room was actually ready, but we couldn't check in early and were asked to wait for two hours. What made me quite disappointed was that my family had just traveled 6 hours by car and hoped to be able to rest right away. But instead they asked me to wait without any clarity, even though the room was ready. If paid early check-in is possible, it would be better if it was informed from the start, not just given the option after the staff contacted their superiors. The impression that emerged was like the guest was being prevented from resting early, even though it was actually possible. Hopefully in the future it can be more transparent and flexible regarding check-in, so that guests feel more comfortable and appreciated.

Guest house tapi layak jadi hotel bintang 3 andai ada resto dan kolam renang nya. Kamar sangat bagus, bersih dan wangi. Handuk pun juga wangi. Amenities lengkap, ada tv 32” dan channel nya sangat lengkap! Sarapan nya enak+dapat 1 cup teh manis hangat. Tapi minusnya cuma 1, lahan parkir nya sempit untuk mobil. Next kalau ke pacitan lagi pasti nginep di sini lagi. Overall saya kasiu rating 9.8/10 untuk guest house ini.

Menginap 3 hari di Guesthouse Anjani Syariah Pacitan, fasilitasnya oke banget, dari sarapan menunya bervariasi dan rasanya juga enak. Untuk pelayanan juga ramah, kamar AC, air mandi sudah air panas, kebersihan sangat terjaga, untuk parkir motor ada di garasi khusus, kalau parkir mobil, di depan hotelnya.
