stayed here for only 1 night, but the experience was very pleasant. I arrived on weekend so bare in mind that the hotel quite crowded, I waited like 30 minutes passed 3pm to be able to get the room. Overall the room very clean, the staff also very nice and helpful. just 1 thing to notice that this hotel is in the taman safari area, so the traffic usually quite bad during weekend.

I’m writing this review in the middle of the night because I simply can’t sleep. The air conditioning in my room is unbearably warm, and my complaint about it was not taken seriously. I came here expecting to rest comfortably, but instead I’m wide awake, sweating, and frustrated. I’m staying in The Valley Suite under the Play and Stay Package — the most expensive package this hotel offers — yet the experience has been terrible. Everything was already unpacked, so moving rooms wasn’t even an option, and they didn’t even offer it either. Right now, as I write this, I’m still in the same uncomfortable room, unable to rest. I honestly don’t know what else to do except share how disappointing this stay has been. Such a bad, bad experience for what’s supposed to be a premium hotel.

This hotel is truly a complete package. The kids are even addicted and want to come back. The bathtub even has bubble soap and bath salts for soaking. The breakfast menu is so delicious, I can't even eat it all. The view is beautiful, and the air is fresh. It's just that because it's a bit lower than the peak, it's not as cold as at the top. And the Safari Park is very close. God willing, I'll have the time and luck to come back here again. Thank you Botanica 🥰

The staff are very actively helpful

Stayed 1 night at The Botanica Sanctuary. The view from the peak was stunning, and the room was cozy and spacious because I stayed in a unique corner room. The hotel's modern design and cool natural atmosphere were really nice, and chilling on the balcony was also great. The bathtub was spacious and very comfortable, just make sure to close the window because it's visible from outside. The best part: the breakfast! The variety was plentiful and delicious. It's the definition of a family hotel: they're super responsive and proactive, accommodating even the kids' needs, making the morning a happy one. 🌿✨ But check-in was busy and took a long time, even though I checked in at 6 PM. My luggage wasn't delivered until an hour later because I didn't write down my room number. The swimming pool is also very crowded on weekends, so it's a bit less relaxing. I even left some breast milk in the freezer, but it wasn't frozen when I got it 😅. Overall, it's still okay for a short getaway, but be prepared to be extra patient if you come on a weekend.

It's a really comfortable vacation here with the kids. It's not too far from the safari park, but you can still enjoy the cool air. The staff are also very friendly and the food is delicious. If I go to Puncak again, I'll definitely come back.

Very honest and recommended place

Two nights in the Valley Suite for 2.6 million rupiah per night, but still a 500,000 rupiah deposit is required. Some 5-star hotels require no deposit. This delay in check-in and check-out is due to the deposit. There are no gym facilities. There are not enough children's games. Breakfast is not very varied. The pool is heated. It's nice.
