The distance between facilities is far, but the shuttle service helps.

The location is quite challenging, so expectations really need to be high. Unfortunately, some photo spots need renovation, and the children's rides need to be expanded. The room size is okay, and there's room for an extra bed. What really needs improvement is the breakfast menu, especially the quantity, which can be adjusted to suit the number of guests at the time, so there's no waiting, and the sausages took a long time to be refilled. The toaster was reportedly broken, and there was no butter or margarine. The traditional beverage menu is also limited. My room faced a hill, so I had to leave the room to take photos with the ocean in the background, but so far, it's been okay.

Honestly, this place is truly beautiful, as you can see from the photos. However, there are inadequate facilities for family recreation. And the room facilities aren't properly maintained, so when you use the room, some things don't work properly. For example, the toilet flush wouldn't flush, the hot water wouldn't work, and the cable TV wouldn't have any channels. I called room service six times in the two days I was here just for the aforementioned issues. Luckily, the staff was quick and responsive, so I was still in a good mood. I recommend this place for young couples on a honeymoon or a staycation where they just want to relax, eat, and sleep. It's really perfect. But don't go there at night; it's very dark, like a test of courage.

The road to get there is an effort, but it's worth it when you get there.

Too expensive, no access to everywhere, have to wait for the car/shuttle to pick you up, hard to go some places, nothing to do, they charge you money for everything, even an extra pillow 🤣. Don't stay there, stay somewhere else and just go there for one day, take photos and go!!!

Wow, the view is really cool.

The location is far from the city center. It's recommended not to leave too late in the afternoon due to the winding road, which can be nerve-wracking for first-timers. However, it's worth the effort, as you'll see the Indian Ocean. Every corner is perfect for photos, and it's a great place to take a morning stroll around Heha Ocean View Hotel. The food is mediocre, as the view isn't the focus, but rather the food. There's a bumper car ride, a kids' arena, and plenty of food stalls for those looking to relax. A car is always available to take guests around. It's also close to Puncak Segoro, less than a kilometer away.

It's so cool, I want to come back. The staff are so friendly, I have to try it once in my life.

Memories that will never be repeated.

Cool room, great location. Unfortunately, there's no signal except for Telkomsel, so those without Telkomsel will have to use Wi-Fi. The trip from Yogyakarta city is two hours, so try not to arrive too late. There's a lack of children's water park facilities, and the games are very limited, focusing only on photos.

It was amazing, the view was great, the staff was great, the room was great, but the bed wasn't great. I was planning on going on a honeymoon, but the bed wasn't great, it was a bit thin and when I lay down on the bed, it made a constant noise. After looking down, I saw that the legs of the bed were a bit crooked and I was a bit hesitant to do anything adult-like for fear of breaking them, but everything else was fine.

I don't really like the road, and there are no directions from the road to Heha, the directions just end up on the streets, and it's confusing when I get to Heha. The room was not complete when I checked in. I'd suggest that the restaurant offer seafood for dinner, I really enjoyed it during the day, but when I looked for it at night, there was no seafood menu, even though it really suited the atmosphere🙏

The place is cool and exotic, the staff service is champion, from the start of parking to glamping, you are guided and served well.

Overall, it was great. My husband and I really enjoyed staying here. However, the flush toilet in cabin +6a is unusable. Please fix this. Otherwise, it's great.

The views are truly breathtaking, especially with the free shuttle bus. So, you won't have to tire your feet out going anywhere. It's also a great place for photos. If you're in Gunung Kidul, don't forget to staycation here, guys.
