Despite being close to Khao San Road, I was able to relax and enjoy the hotel. I took a taxi from Suvarnabhumi Airport after 9 PM (it cost me 700TB, which I think was a bit of a rip-off). I paid a 500TB deposit upon check-in and received a full explanation from the friendly staff. The shared toilets and showers were clean. There was a shared refrigerator in the hallway. Feeling hungry after 10 PM, I strolled along Khao San Road, overwhelmed by the still-heated cityscape. I enjoyed my walk and then returned to a 7-Eleven for a midnight snack. I woke up to the chirping of birds, and the staff cleaning the beautiful garden were as polite as ever, which helped me start my day peacefully. There was a beautiful temple nearby, so I went for a walk and took a shower before checking out. My room had no windows and no air conditioning, but I'm sensitive to the cold, so a fan would have been enough to keep me comfortable. It might have been a bit too much for someone who likes heat.

A room with a balcony, toilet, and shower inside the room is comfortable. However, I found it difficult to share the toilet, shower, and morning and evening face washing in the same place for six nights, with people of all ages and genders. The signs at the time of booking were difficult to understand, and even the Traveloca customer service professional said not to worry, as the room had a shower. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that I had chosen a room without a shower. The lobby is pleasant, with lots of greenery.

I've stayed here many times while staying in Bangkok because it's so relaxing. There's lots of greenery and it's close to Khao San Road and the boat dock. This time, I was on the third floor and could see the temple roof from the balcony. I had a relaxing and quiet stay.

Clean room with a very good price. Only stairs, no lift, but the staff is supportive.

Perfect place to stay at! Highly recommended! Walking distance to Khaosan Road (where the night life is) but surprisingly, Lamphu House is such a peaceful place! The room is super clean too. They even have a bidet! Also, love the breakfast food options.
