There is no doubt that the facilities and comfort are super luxurious, even though there were some obstacles, the hotel immediately responded quickly to handle them and provide solutions.

I often stay here, the rooms and facilities are all okay, but for breakfast, the taste hasn't changed, the main dishes still taste less good, for side dishes, the taste is better.

As many people had recommended, the room and breakfast exceeded expectations. Some activities, like the swimming pool and padel, were unavailable. Lippo Mall Semanggi is only a 1-2 minute walk away.

The reception staff was very helpful. I extended my stay and wanted my old room, but I chose the wrong room type. After explaining, the receptionist was very helpful so I could stay in my old room.

The experience stay at Artotel Mangkuluhur was nice & fun. The service was good. The facilities were great. I love the location because it's next to the mall, so it made it easy for my family & I to look for foods. We'll be coming back for sure.

Stayed during Eid al-Fitr. It was busy, but the 5-star hotel staff was unprofessional. Check-in took 30 minutes, and breakfast was often out of stock and not very tasty. If you'd known it would be busy during Eid al-Fitr, it would have been better to have more staff. The room was quite comfortable. I booked an artsy room, but was given a premium room 😢

I had a great experience staying at ARTOTEL Mangkuluhur. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The hotel’s location is also very convenient in the center of Jakarta. Overall, a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend it.
