Overall everything is good, but coincidentally there was a repair work on the 15th-17th floor so when I got to the first room, the room smelled of thinner very strongly (at first I just let it be but as the night went on the smell became very strong and disturbed my breathing, so I asked to move rooms). Once I moved to the next room, the smell of thinner was gone but the AC remote control seemed to have a problem so the AC couldn't be set and all night until morning it was a bit hot but I didn't feel like calling the operator again because I was afraid of being called a nag so I was forced to sleep all night uncomfortably and it wasn't cool at all for a 5 star hotel. Hopefully more attention will be paid and there will be checks. Thank you 🙏🏻

I recently stayed at Mangkuluhur ARTOTEL SUITES and overall had a comfortable experience. The hotel itself feels welcoming, the staff are genuinely friendly, and the service is attentive. However, I did notice a lingering smell from the old carpets, which could use refreshing, and there was some mild noise from nearby construction that occasionally disrupted the calm. The location is both a plus and a drawback—it’s right in the heart of the city, which makes it very convenient for business and access to central spots, but it also sits at one of the city’s main traffic bottlenecks. Despite those small inconveniences, the stay was pleasant, and the warmth of the staff made a real difference. I’d still recommend it for those who value a central base in Jakarta with solid hospitality.

The staff were very professional. I made a mistake and left it in my room which I stayed in, but they took care of my wallet, and then I could get my wallet back perfectly with all of the cards! Thank you! And also the room was so spacious and clean, and also soundproof.

for the room there is no problem, the room is spacious, comfortable, clean, as I requested. But a bit disappointed when checking in, booking 2 rooms From 2 weeks before, when checking in at 14.00 the room was not all ready, but because the hotel policy said check in at 15.00 so I waited. but until 15.00 through the new room was ready 1, the other one was ready at 19.00 more. What was more disturbing was when at 1 am I got a call from the receptionist there was someone who claimed that I left my room key, even though I didn't know them at all And didn't leave the key. Not long after there were 2 men going upstairs And knocking on my room door, I don't know them, please improve security & privacy more.

The room is comfortable, as is the bathroom. The security is friendly. Unfortunately, the receptionist is less welcoming and unfriendly. The food is also varied and delicious. Oh yes, the elevator is also good and elderly friendly. Maintain its cleanliness. The only thing missing is the extra bed is old.
