Ordered for two bed rooms, ended up with two apartment studios. Same floor but really far away from each other, even they promised to be near. Bare mininum in facilities.

The room is comfortable. The AC is cold. The TV can be watched. But there is no Wi-Fi. The TV is not a smart TV. It's okay for that price.

I stayed for 3 nights with my family. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I checked in early. I got a room with a view directly overlooking the heart of Karawang. Electronic appliances like the TV, washing machine, refrigerator, and microwave worked well. Unfortunately, there was no gas cylinder, so the stove couldn't be used. And there was no broom provided for cleaning. Overall, it was good and a good choice for a family stay.

Nice room, all the facilities are really complete, cutlery, microwave, dispenser, and stove too. But it seems like the stove has a gas leak in room 1120

The room is damp, the cupboards and chairs are all moldy, it seems like they haven't been maintained well... there are cockroaches in the kitchen set... the blankets and sheets are itchy

The cupboards, tables, and kitchen area are dusty, the sheets are crumpled, and the blankets are no longer fit for use. The towels smell, luckily I brought my own.
