The villa is very homey, the house area is all clean, the equipment is complete, the owner seems to know the needs of visitors so everything is completely fulfilled.

When checking out, you should have confirmed with the security guard whether the key had been returned or not. We checked out before 12 noon and the house had been cleaned. But the owner still called several times to ask us to check out.

It was very comfortable to stay here, the place is clean and strategic, with a very affordable price, will stay here again ♥.

Menyenangkan menginap di Villa Kayana BB1. Villa nya bersih hanya sedikit banyak ada semut hitam yang besar-besar tapi tidak menjadi masalah, peralatan dapur lengkap, ada karoke, kamar bersih, fasilitas lengkap, nyaman sekali menginap 1 malam di Villa Kayana BB1, pemandangan ok, lingkungan nyaman sepi, mantap.

Clean, fragrant, nice, comfortable and maybe what needs a little improvement is that the water in the upper and lower bathrooms is a bit too small to come out and maybe it can also be improved, namely the lower bathroom window, maybe the window glass/ventilation can be replaced with a blurry model because when taking a shower it can be seen with the house on the right/front. But overall it's okay, I don't regret booking this Kayana bb1 villa, it's suitable for staying with friends and family and also the owner, employees and security are all friendly so we also feel safe and comfortable in the villa, also provided 5 fried noodles, tea, coffee, grill tools, netflix, karaoke and wifi. And also close to Jatim Park 3 and outside the villa complex there are also many restaurants along the road so there's no need to worry/confused about what to eat and looking for ojol is also easy to pick up/drop off in front of the Kayana bb1 villa.

The villa is comfortable. Clean. Complete facilities. Kitchen equipment is also complete. Instant noodles, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, shrimp paste are also provided 😁 there is a place for grilling + tools too. Really very convenient. There is a prayer room too. Really very comfortable.
