The location is good, with plenty of eateries outside the hotel. However, there doesn't seem to be any security guarding the parking lot, so we had to move our motorcycles ourselves when we got out. The room was okay, but the AC was a bit noisy.

The location is very good. The room is also not too cramped. However, the bathroom maintenance needs to be paid more attention. When I first entered the room, I smelled an unpleasant odor which turned out to be coming from the bathroom. It wasn't urine, but it was like a musty must. Some bathroom furniture should have been replaced, such as the trash can, toothbrush cups, and if possible, don't use plastic cups. The soap dish was very dirty and unsuitable. Several times I had difficulty parking the car because no one directed me where to park, there was a valet sign but no one helped me either.

Clean, comfortable, hotel staff service is very friendly.

Sometimes the wifi is fast and sometimes it doesn't connect at all, last night I was unlucky and the wifi didn't connect to my phone.

Stayed one day at Carani because I saw a review on YouTube, it turns out the hotel is a bit far if you want to go to Malioboro, along the hotel there are several places to eat gudeg like Yu Jum and Gudeg which is currently viral, it's delicious, so it's located if you want to walk to Malioboro Mall or Malioboro you have to use Gojek or Grab, it's enough for resting although it's not too special, breakfast is just ordinary because there is a group of food that runs out quickly, the menu is standard hotel, it seems suitable for groups because it's a bit far from the crowd.

It was a pleasant first stay. The hotel and room were well-appointed, and the amenities were adequate. The only downside was that you had to get your own drinking water from the dispenser in the hallway. The breakfast menu was quite varied, and the staff were also friendly.

The staff are all friendly, the AC remote was dead and replaced with a new one, but the downside is the cleanliness because the glasses are dirty, and the room is not soundproof.

On my first day at CI Hotel Carani, the hotel staff and reception were very friendly. I stayed here for a family vacation. For the same room size, I booked a 'Family Double Bed' type, priced at around 350,000 Rupiah, including breakfast. It was very well worth it. The breakfast menu varies every morning, and the food is quite delicious. Just so you know, this hotel was named 'Amaris Hotel Sagan' in 2018 and is now called 'Carani Hotel'. Just like in 2018, I had a very comfortable stay. The room had the usual hotel amenities, such as: 1. Hairdryer in the bathroom 2. LCD TV with cable subscription 3. Mini safe that actually still worked, but the battery was missing. Overall, it was very comfortable and worth staying here. ☺
