Arrived at the hotel late in the evening, and the service was fast and friendly. The hotel and room were clean. I'd love to stay at the Carani Hotel again. Best of luck!

The location is great, but the facilities aren't long enough, leaving gaps that allow you to see what's going on inside. The floor is a bit dusty, as if it hasn't been thoroughly mopped.

The location is quite strategic, close to Yogyakarta's culinary scene, Galeria Mall, cafes, and the popular Gudeg Sagan restaurant. It's close to Gadjah Mada University (UGM) and the Trans Jogja bus stop, so you can take the Trans Jogja bus to Malioboro or Tugu Monument.
