Early check in, extended check out✔️ The location of the villa is a bit far away😂 When we arrived, the villa was clean and smelled really good. Then there was a problem turning on the fan in the living room and room 2, but the owner & guard were very quick to help us. There is also gallon water available. The bathroom is clean, the heater also works. The kitchen equipment is complete but not very clean, there is also sunlight even though I intended to bring my own😂 Karaoke is also great💛 The price is really cheap, it's already using AC🥹🫶 Next time I want to come here again!

Worth it, suitable for families, good facilities, the villa guard is also good, he was quick to respond when the bathroom light went out, not long after the complaint, it was immediately fixed. Only the room walls need to be fixed because they are starting to get moldy. The rest is clean and comfortable.

Advantages: - there is a dispenser (blue refillable gallon water) - there is a refrigerator and freezer. - the stove is still new. - there is a plastic bathtub for babies. - the location is quite good. - there is a swing (although a bit rusty) - the house is in the corner.- there are cutlery (although not very complete and a bit rusty) - digital TV (not smart TV) with Youtube & Netflix (using the personal account of the staying guest) - the internet is quite smooth. - there are 2 fans. - extra bed for max 2 person. Disadvantages: - The second room at the back lacks ventilation so the air feels stuffy and hot. - A lot of the wallpaper is peeling. - The walls are moldy in 80% of the internal areas of the building. the side of the house is very difficult to open. - lots of mosquitoes and ants. - the building is not too wide (it seems a bit narrow) Hopefully in the future it can be much better.

Really love this villa! It smells good, bedroom 22 smells good, there is an extra bed that bouncy poll. Cooking equipment in the kitchen is complete, there is a pestle and even a BBQ. Minus the sofa and the contents of the cupboard, it's a bit cramped. But I want to go back there again. The owner is cooperative! That's cool
