I chose this hotel because it was relatively close to my destination. The security guard was very helpful with lifting my luggage, as there are stairs leading to the lobby. Breakfast wasn't included because I was staying overnight and leaving early. I'll probably stay here again next time I visit Surabaya, and I'll definitely try the food and swimming. I think the location is strategic.

I was initially given room 502, but it was stuffy, smelly, the refrigerator was dead, and there were cockroaches. I brought a baby, so I asked to change rooms and was given 510, which was fine. I'll upgrade again, please.

The hotel is very comfortable, clean, and the food and service are excellent. The staff are also very helpful. The facilities are quite complete. A room on the 6th or 7th floor offers stunning views of Surabaya city at night and in the morning.

Seriously, the room is very comfortable for me, spacious and clean too. The food is quite delicious. The TV is also big, it's a smart TV that can do YouTube and Netflix too.

The hotel is nice, but parking is difficult. There's valet service, but you have to queue.

Keep improve, keep flexible, and keep variety

The room ambiance is homey and modern, although not very large. Complete amenities are replaced daily (if you feel they don't need to be replaced daily, just ask housekeeping). Mineral water is provided in the hallway, you can freely fill it. Tea, coffee, and sugar are complete and refilled daily. Breakfast has a lot of variety, but honestly, the taste is not very satisfying. When I stayed, it might have been less delicious. There is a swimming pool on the rooftop that is suitable for small children or a beautiful dip while enjoying the sunset. An aesthetic and Instagrammable cafe is also on the top floor. The reception and restaurant service are good, but there are not many smiles.
