Really love staycations here

Valley Parking because it may be in the middle of a residential area, parking is limited.. Friendly staff.. Fast service.. Clean and elegant even though space is limited. There is a small swimming pool on the rooftop.. unfortunately we ran out of towels so we waited a bit to dry before going down to the room. Hi Google facilities in each room to ask anything.. contact CS especially. The room is comfortable and clean.. The bathroom is also comfortable and clean even though it is a bit small.. The food is quite good.

The most enjoyable part was the friendliness of the staff, they were very helpful. The rooms were great, clean, and comfortable.

If Aston is not in doubt, the staff are all very friendly.cm. The food is not delicious, it's all B only except for the porridge which is really delicious.. and Aston is still in charge of the food problem. Aston Batu.. there are many complete choices.. for the room, I had a complaint because there was dried blood, which means the sheets were not cleaned properly. I had complained but it took a long time to get through, finally I was asked to replace the spray and blanket. But I didn't want to, I had already slept for a while.

Aston Inn is a well-known hotel in Jemursari, both in terms of physical facilities and service, it should be at the standard of a 3-star hotel. As a former hotel staff member, I was quite disappointed when I checked in. My wife and two children had traveled quite a long way. We arrived at the hotel around 1:00 PM, but were left in the lobby until almost 2:30 PM before being allowed into our room, claiming it wasn't ready yet and there was a long waiting list. Even though I had booked through the app well in advance, my little one cried in the lobby from exhaustion. My wife also said that one stay was enough, as we were indeed very tired at the time. I'm sorry, in my experience, checking in at any hotel as long as I made a reservation at 1:00 PM, the room was always vacant and ready to be occupied. Although the check-in rule is at 2:00 PM, that's where reservations come in. Because for a 3-star hotel standard housekeeping staff, I think 30 minutes is more than enough to make the bed/make the room. Another downside to this hotel is that the bathroom is quite smelly. Hopefully, this can serve as a lesson for Aston Inn, so that its reputation doesn't suffer because of trivial matters like this. Thank you.

The hotel staff is friendly, parking is a bit difficult because it is limited, check-in time is a bit late maybe because it was busy at that time, the hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable, the access road to the hotel is small because it is in an alley.

the Air conditioner not working... so hot inside the room... we like the room so much just the AC not working, non smoking rooms but it smells of cigarettes in hall & also very crowded outside the room, not much parking lot...

I came here for work. The hotel was comfortable, but when my kids wanted to find a playground, they didn't have one, hehe. The food was delicious. The spices were well-seasoned. It's absolutely delicious. Keep it up.

I think the breakfast is lacking and the parking is also inadequate, otherwise it's okay and good.

Worth every penny... Friendly service from the front desk agent (thanks for the upgrade, though). The room was clean and comfortable, the AC was cold, and the water heater worked well. This is my second time back here.

Though the access is surprising, the hotel itself is fancy and welcoming, with friendly, helpful, and respectful staff. A definite alternative when I come back.

The service and room were okay. However, breakfast was mostly sold out and lacked variety, which is a shame, considering the food was quite tasty. By the way, the room was a suite. It was spacious and very clean. Very comfortable. The swimming pool was undergoing maintenance at the time. Hopefully, it will be finished soon so we can enjoy the pool again sometime soon.
