Children are very suitable to stay here

I've stayed here several times, it's really fun, especially since there's a waterpark.

At 9:30 in the morning, the food was already sold out, the glasses and plates were also not immediately restocked. When asked, they were restocked again. It's a shame, even though the hotel is good.

Comfortable, quiet, spacious & clean rooms

The electricity went down, maybe 10 times while I was staying. It seems like the electricity doesn't come back on in the afternoon.

A brief overview of a short getaway with the family. Jambo Kingdom is about 30 minutes from Tulungagung Station. You can take a taxi to get to the hotel. Upon arrival, we checked in at 2:00 PM. We got a super duper nice room with a pirate theme. It felt like we'd just eaten devil fruit... After that, we enjoyed the rides. One room included four free waterpark tickets and one free ATV ticket. The waterpark had a tsunami wave and a high slide. Overall, it was great. The breakfast was also varied and delicious.

I was very satisfied with my stay here. It was clean and fragrant. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the pool was the best. Absolutely delighted.

The taste of the food is still lacking, the chicken doesn't taste very good.

The hotel room was nice and clean. I think the water park needs some maintenance, as it looks a bit shabby. It needs extra care.

In my opinion, it's perfect. Friendly service, a waterpark with various waterslides and a wave pool, and breakfast and dinner included. No need to leave the hotel, perfect for bringing kids.

There is not much choice of food, not in accordance with the hotel's facilities which are considered luxurious.

My two-night stay here in the Pirates room was very comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly and responsive, and it was affordable. The only thing was the WiFi wasn't very reliable, and the location was a bit far from the city. Maybe it was designed for a break and a vacation... This is perfect for a break and a vacation. Just staying in the hotel and not going anywhere is very comfortable.

The sheets were not changed, there were dirty foot marks on the sheets, the bathroom floor was slippery as if it had never been brushed, the food had no taste.
