The tomboyish girl who was on duty liked to play pranks, had long hair, a grumpy face, and wasn't suited to working as a receptionist. She often got angry at customers, and her service was the worst among the other staff. I often stay here, but this time I won't be doing it again. Thanks.

Stayed one night, the review is the same as other users who have reviewed it, the bathroom smells really bad, the septic tank. The bathroom exhaust is on, but it still smells really bad. Maybe the hotel can provide air freshener for the bathroom. The cleanliness of the bed and room is good. However, the cupboard in front of the bathroom has some spots that haven't been cleaned. The hotel is clean, the place is comfortable, not noisy, it's easy to find food, with that price it's quite cheap. Next time, God willing, I'll stay again when I go to Palembang. The downside is that the bathroom has no ventilation so it's stuffy, suggestions for the bathroom to be given ventilation or exhaust.

4 nights at this hotel was really enjoyable, the staff was friendly. The hotel was clean. The lobby was also beautiful, all toiletries were available, the elevator was cool. The bathroom smells, when I asked for air freshener/camphor for the bathroom, the night shift receptionist was unfriendly, the OB came to the bathroom and just sprayed something like that (I think it was some kind of ba*gon), when the OB came out, the bathroom smelled again, even though the hotel and room were okay, and there was a lift👍
