AC had a rattling sound which kept waking me up. Travelio insisted that they couldn't get it fixed unless I was in the room, or I left the keys in the mailbox (which seems unsafe). Since I was never available to be in the room during hours that they could send a technician, the problem was never fixed during my stay.
