Receptionist Asks for More Upon Arrival. Does Not Match the Application.

Voucher Hotel di tolak dengan alasan sudah lewat waktu check in. Padahal di hotel yg lain tidak masalah. Hotel ini benar benar bermasalah. Jauhi hotel ini.

Harga yang tertera di aplikasi tidak sesuai dengan yang di terapkan di penginapan. Pas check in pihak hotel minta penambahan uang, atau di batalkan. Posisi saya check in udah malam hari, gimana mau cari penginapan lain cobak.

Saya diminta tambah uang oleh redepsionisnya katanya harga di Traveloka murah. Resepsionisnya yang perempuan minta tambah 65 rb.

I've paid for it from the app, when it arrived it said the app had the wrong price and asked for more money right there.

The price stated in the application does not match the price from the hotel, guests are asked to pay more by the hotel.

When check in must pay an extra, couse the price is diferent. So dispointed.

No facilities. Only one towel. Soap. And when I checked in, I got charged. The price does not match the application. Not recommended at all.

Late check-in at 23.30, came and was asked for an additional charge because the available room rates were different from those ordered through the application. 30 minutes of waiting for confirmation, the inn asked for an additional charge, inevitably it was given because it was already midnight and it was not possible to find another inn. The price of 230 thousand is not worth it, without standard toiletries, no windows, no TV. Suggestions for other travelers, to ensure room availability at the price written in the application before coming to the inn.

Clean, quiet rooms for rest, cheap prices, easy transportation, close to the city center, friendly service, the best thing.

Same incident. My voucher has been issued but when I arrived at the hotel it was said to be full and there were no more rooms. Please help, good traveloka.
