The hotel is clean, close to the mall, unfortunately the rooms are not soundproof so the noise from the street comes in.

It's really cool, except that the TV doesn't have any channels to watch it on.

Everything is good. It's just that the 1st floor sometimes has poor signal. Wifi keeps dropping out.

The smell of cigarettes. Even though it said non-smoking, it has been complained, but was forced to not be able to move rooms. In the future, if there are previous guests who violate smoking, please clean it thoroughly.

The male receptionist when I checked in was very unfriendly. And because I was on a business trip, I asked for a receipt bill with various reasons and didn't want to give it. And in the early morning my room was knocked on because there was a car in front of me who wanted to get out. Even though I had asked him if I needed to leave the key, he said no need.

I don't know if it's the sound of visitors or employees, but it's clear that until 3am the noise is so loud, the sound of chatting and laughing so loud that it makes it hard to sleep. Even male employees when they meet customers are not friendly, even if they just smile. The location is very strategic, close to the mall.

For the price the quality is quite okay, the bathroom is really clean. It's just a shame that there is no mat in the bathroom and a partition between the shower and the toilet, so it gets wet everywhere. Then it's a shame there are no hotel slippers. The TV remote didn't work and some corners of the room were dirty and dusty. Overall it's still okay. As for food, I ordered chicken nasgor. It feels really really really good. With a price of 25k, the taste is really delicious and the portions are large. If asked whether they would come back again, the answer was yes if it was for a temporary stopover, even though it was a little far from the airport. Thank you Luxe.

Strategic location, clean rooms.

Tidak ada lift harus di sediakan agar barang-barang pengunjung tidak keberatan.

Pertama kalinya saya menginap di sini. Kualitas sesuai harga. Semua fasilitas berfungsi dengan baik. Kamarnya bersih. Recommended banget deh.

The room has no windows,

Room 205 is better off being closed, making it an office or warehouse. Poor guest who was given that room. Feels like sleeping in a shophouse. The sound of vehicles driving into the room was very noisy. You won't be able to sleep peacefully if you sleep in that room. If you still want to use it, please give it a good damper, poor room guests. In my opinion, that's all the minuses, for the price of 300 thousand the room is pretty good according to the rate. When it comes to limited parking, it seems like a lot of people have complained. 😅.

Late check out less than 1 hour already charged 35% CES of 98 thousand, I gave 100 thousand and then my money was not refunded 2 thousand because there was no small money he said. I will not give up my 2 thousand dollars, you count me too.
