The staff's friendly. Shuttle from and to the airport is free and frequent, on time. Shower flows well. The room's small, but clean.

This is great! Highly recommend for guests who have a concert or seminar conference because it's really nearest to Asia-World Expo.

In the late night, arriving, need to take a taxi to the hotel.

The hotel's location is very strategic, close to the airport and there is a free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel and back. If you want to go to Tung Chung, there is also a free shuttle bus. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

All good, they have shuttle to airport an statin if you want to go to city. And disney land just 1 stop train station from here. Nice

The room is quite comfortable and clean but a bit small, drinking water can be refilled as much as you like outside the room, the location is close to the airport, there is a shuttle bus from hotel to airport every 30 minutes, from hotel to Tung Chung (Ngong Ping, MTR station, CityGate Mall) every 60 minutes, there is a pretty good sky deck. The shuttle bus parking lot is at HK airport at the hotel bus terminal choach no 14

Nice clean hotel, near the airport, just lacking a supermarket, culinary place. Overall highly recommended, especially if there is more promo for hotel rate👍🙏💐

Amazing hotel, very recommend. Near airport, for those who will go/transit to HKIA. The hotel provides free shuttle bus from/to airport and from/to tung chung mtr station, the bus very very on time! Very good facility. The room is small but very clean & modern & bright.

The room was to small if you bring more than 2 luggage

The hotel was great. The room really spacious and comfy. Located near the airport, they provided free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, vice verca (5 minutes from airport to hotel). There's nice pool, gym, and rooftop at the hotel.

The bathroom and toilet are separated. The toilet without a bidet with a flush is a bit tricky. The first time I took a shower the water stagnated, after I opened the lid it turned out there was a lot of hair in the drainage that hadn't been cleaned. There were sticky stains on the sink table which were a bit annoying. The room is beautiful with a minimalist style and lots of glass so it feels spacious. Actually it's a bit compact because I brought 2 32 inch suitcases and 1 22 inch suitcase which was quite difficult. But there are some storage spaces like under the bed. Drinking water can be taken as much as you like outside the room, but the sensor to release the water is a bit tricky. The shuttle bus is very helpful and on time, the bus is clean. My request for early check in (2 pm) and twin beds was considered.

The hotel location is quite close to the airport in Hong Kong, the plus point is there is a shuttle bus to the airport every 30 minutes. But to find food outside the hotel is quite far from anywhere.

The hotel room is nice. The services is good, even the receptionist is allowed to check-in early. The hotel is walking distance to Asia World-Expo, so you don't need to worry if you're concert ended at midnight, since the hotel have a bridge that connected to Asia World-Expo. The hotel also have shuttle bus that can drive you to or from the Airport. Overall, it 's worth your money.
