The room is quite large/spacious, the location is quite strategic. However, the service is below standard (asking for cleaning in the morning, but it is not done by the officer), cleanliness is also not maintained (we have to sweep the mop ourselves on the first night arriving), many lights don't work, furniture is outdated & not maintained, cooking utensils too dirty (rewash everything when first arrived), kitchen furniture is also incomplete (must ask first). Even though this is an Executive room type. Overall, I have to give a rating of 5 out of 10. Hopefully it can be fixed and next time it will be a reason to stay there again.
