The room does not match the picture, dirty and untidy, cleaning tools are messy, the sofa is dirty. The service was not good, we were asked for a deposit of 200,000 before seeing the unit. We asked for a refund, which didn't work in 1 day. Stayed for 2 days with no improvement in service. Tables and chairs are in fragile/shaky condition.
