The hotel staff is friendly, the room is clean, but I don't like the bed sheets. In my opinion, the bed sheets are a bit shabby. When I entered the room, there was a lot of hair on the mattress and there were stains on the pillows.

There are loads of cats roaming around the hotel. It's not that we're anti-cat or anything, but for people with allergies, it's very annoying, especially the smell of cat feces. At breakfast, the restaurant also had cats coming in and scratching around customers while they were eating. The cleanliness is highly questionable. If I were asked if I'd stay again, I definitely wouldn't. Cats everywhere are very annoying.

Just a suggestion: For the Receptionist section, please provide training on how to serve guests. The 3S: Smile, Greet, and Say Hello are completely absent when welcoming the first guest into the reception area. Guests never know what your problem is that day. This is a good hotel, but the staff, especially the male Receptionist yesterday, had a very poor attitude. Please pay attention to the owner.
