The best hotel in Jatirogo, with an elevator, hot water, Wi-Fi, a kettle, complete toiletries (clean towels, toothbrushes and toothpaste), hotel slippers, 2 mineral waters, unlimited tea, coffee, sugar, and soap, all refilled daily, a large wardrobe, and a television with national channels.

The service is good and pleasant, comfortable for resting.

I've stayed here before, there was something unpleasant, when we were having breakfast, the things in the room were moved without any clear reason... even though we hadn't checked out yet...

Here, you can get free breakfast at no additional cost, but in the application there is an option with or without breakfast for a difference of 25k.

The bathroom sink, bed cover, are very dusty. There is trash on the balcony that has not been thrown away for a long time. There is only 1 electrical outlet in the room. But it is one of the good hotels in the area.

The cleanliness of the room is a bit of a concern, the staff is humble and responsive when we ask for help, thank you.

Recommended if you go to Jatirogo 👍.

I can not complain to the hotel management concerning to electrical problem, TV and AC not function, and dirty.

The hotel is nice, too bad the air conditioning isn't cold.

The bathroom soap ran out, the iron was rusty, the chairs were dirty, the floor had sand crumbs.

Untuk sekedar transit area kecamatan lintas perbatasan cukup nyaman, meski sempit tapi bersih. Memang kamar kecil untuk kasur twin, mungkin akan lebih terasa lega yang kasur double. Lobi hotel terasa wah, ada ayunan dan kursi gantung, sayang tidak ada pilihan sarapan di aplikasi. Dapat amenities standar juga sandal hotel, kasur dan bed cover empuk!

Pengalaman menginap yang sangat mengecewakan: 1. Saya sudah reservasi dan melakukan pembayaran melalui aplikasi. Saat check in di hotel dipersilakan dan dikasih kunci dan tipe kamar dari receptionist. Tapi saat saya keluar dan sedang berlangsung acara ditelepon pihak hotel untuk konfirmasi pembayaran dan salah kamar. Kami ditawarkan menambah biaya atau pindah kamar. 2. Begitu kami sampai di hotel, barang-barang di kamar langsung dipindahkan ke kamar lain tanpa konfirmasi dan seizin kami terlebih dahulu. 3. Mati lampu dari Maghrib sampai dengan sekitar pukul 22:00 malam. Saat kami konfirm ke pihak hotel katanya ada genset tapi boleh dinyalakan kalau jumlah kamar yang ditempati minimal 10 kamar. Jadi kami sholat, mandi, dan lain-lain memakai lampu senter HP dan kemudian keluar hotel. 4. Lantai kamar tidak bersih. Cukup banyak kotoran cicak. 5. Ada tikus yang jalan-jalan saat kami baru saja reservasi di receptionist. Semoga segera dibenahi agar dapat memuaskan tamu hotel. Terima kasih.
