The staff were very friendly, the food is great with much choice.

When it was still the Novotel, we often stayed for several days with our family. Now that it's become the Kimaya Hotel, the ambiance and cleanliness of the rooms are still maintained, as is the breakfast.

everything is okay..but the parking is narrow

I stayed at this hotel because my child was being treated at Bethesda Hospital. After my child was discharged, I continued with the remaining reservation and took my child and baby for a night. The hotel does appear to be quite old; some of the amenities, like the bed, shower, and chairs, looked worn. However, the comfort was still excellent. The hotel staff was very friendly, even though I hadn't informed them beforehand that I was bringing a baby, they welcomed me warmly and were very helpful. Overall, my stay was very positive. The location is strategic, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is comfortable. I would definitely consider staying again if I ever want to staycation in this area.

The location is strategic. I tried the room service food and was satisfied with the taste. A small suggestion from me would be to add a separate shower in the bathroom so you don't have to step into the bathtub to use it.

Friendly hotel staff, good service, easy to access.

I'm at the asr member stayed here for 2 days. The front office lady Viola and Mila were very helpful they allowed me early check in and the best possible option when my room with merapi view that has been requested is not available, yet they upgrade me to better room which is more spacious and has a bathtub and include breakfast for 2. And staffs are very attentive, they frequently checked on every table if there is any dirty dishes need to be cleared up. And kitchen staff also great, they kept refilling the items in a timely manner.

The old-school hotel aura is very strong, the 3rd floor corridors smell a bit musty, the rooms are old-school, the mattresses are thin and short, but the lobby and facilities are quite complete, you get a bath tub too

It was a great stay. Easy access, close to everything. The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean, cool, and quiet. The air conditioning in the room was really cold.
