Very bad service, we arrived at 17:45 WIB asked to wait until 19:30 WIB and it is not attached in the description about this and is not available for refund because we did not use this place at all and really this is very bad service and disappointing.

The rooms are good, the service is also very friendly, the response is fast, only the wifi and tv facilities are not satisfactory because they are slow.

Told for 2 hours, talking to cs travelio there is no ethics. Just play it off without a cover. Keep talking about the security deposit. In the end, it didn't happen, there was no responsibility from the apartment. The number listed cannot be occupied even though it is urgent. Deposit back 2-5 working days. It's really bad, Travelio and the owner of the apartment.
