We had a very memorable and impresive stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was calm, comfortable, and the staff were friendly. We even extended our stay for two days. We were also happy because we got a beautiful view of Mount Merapi. Thank you, Arthotel Suites Bianti, for your service.

All good, what needs to be improved is that when the breakfast staff takes dirty plates, they should ask the guest first, and take them properly, don't ask while taking the plates.

Friendly service, having to check out and being able to leave your luggage until the evening because you wanted to go sightseeing first... Thanks to the CS. Finding souvenirs and culinary delights is also easy... Ah, Yogya is indeed impressive.

The location is strategic, close to everything, and there are quite a few shops nearby. The hotel lobby is quite artsy, as is the restaurant. The food is also quite delicious. I hope the room cleanliness can be improved.

Requested a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room. Even though it has been treated as no-smoking, the room still smells of cigarettes. Resting is uncomfortable. Requested 2 sunny-side up eggs but they were made by hand on the plate. The kitchen staff at the egg station did not understand what the guests wanted. The kitchen staff at the egg corner were not very friendly to the guests.

When I first entered the lobby, it smelled great and was clean. The staff were friendly too, and the room was clean. Everything smelled nice and was cool. My request for a mini birthday cake was fulfilled. Thank you.

This is my second stay at Artotel and I'm still very happy with the service. The staff is very helpful, and the room is clean and comfortable. However, the carpet in the room seems to need a wash as it looks a bit dull. The breakfast staff was very attentive on the second day of our stay, offering coffee just like the one we ordered the first day. The breakfast menu is a bit different from the previous year, but so far it's still quite tasty. Definitely worth the stay.
