Best hotel experience so far in Yogyakarta

Very complete, cheap, nice interior

Overall, our stay was very pleasant. The reception staff at check-in were very kind, friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel environment is very good. The lobby is super aesthetic, comfortable and fragrant. The breakfast menu is okay and delicious. The request made during booking was also appropriate and well fulfilled. There were only a few minor things, namely the waiting time for check-in was a bit long, the bathroom floor had some loose tiles. The bathroom fan did not turn on throughout our stay and was immediately checked by the technician, but it seemed like there was an overall problem, not just in my room. Lastly, the dolce gusto machine where the water was filled was moldy. Maybe it could be improved in terms of cleanliness in detail. At that time when I complained to room service, it was immediately replaced. Great service, team. It's just a shame if that was missed when cleaning because Artotel Suites Bianti is a 5 star. Next time we'll definitely come back.

Strategic hotel location, comfortable atmosphere, very good service.

Staff were friendly and room was clean. It was not soundproof, though. You can clearly hear the elevator sound and the people talking in the room next to you. Good luck trying to sleep if you are staying next to a family with small children. The restaurant is so small I had to eat while standing because it was overcrowded.

Once a year to Yogya, I definitely stay here. The hotel is nice, the rooms are spacious, clean, and the price is affordable. The amenities are fragrant, the food is okay, and the swimming pool is okay. In front of the hotel there is a Juwara Satoe bakpia shop. Around the hotel at night there are many street food vendors, if you want to go to Indomaret or Super Indo, just walk, to Galleria Mall you can also walk.

The hotel is quite comfortable with the facilities and friendly staff. The location is also not too far from the Tugu Jogja and Malioboro areas, about 5 minutes by vehicle. You can ask for a late check out because it's already time for the Dhuhur prayer. Recommended!

Highly recommended if you go to Yogya, definitely come back here. The room is comfortable for resting, the breakfast is also varied and delicious.

My second experience staying here has never failed, this hotel provides service to its customers. When checking in, I asked for a cake to be prepared for my husband's surprise, it was given immediately, usually it has to be D-1 of arrival or far in advance. The taste of the food in the restaurant is also very delicious.

Have stayed here several times with family or community. Strategic location, close to culinary places, good hotel/room, okay price, delicious and varied food (breakfast). Great.

5 star hotel with affordable price, the hotel is fragrant, luxurious, clean, will come back here every time I go to Yogyakarta, the live jazz music is really good...

I really really enjoy staying 3 nights in this hotel, the staffs are very helpful and friendly, the location is so strategic in the city center..will definitely stay here again for my next trip to Yogyakarta.

If you go to Yogyakarta, this 5-star hotel is highly recommended..., from checking in the hotel is fragrant until checking out, the location is close to everywhere, food, cleanliness, hotel atmosphere, live jazz music is very good...
