Yes, at the beginning there were no tissues, no soap, but apart from that it was fine, the AC was also cold.

1. Communication between staff needs to be improved, yesterday I missed the check-in issue which they said could be helped with early check-in at least 1 am and without additional costs, and yesterday when I arrived they said it was not possible, after I showed the WA chat with another staff, they allowed me. 2. TV channels are limited and cannot be watched because they are blurry

Very close to LRT, good access, smooth Wifi, friendly staff, for overnight stays, parking is only free once a day, in-room facilities are decent, no water heater, welcome drink provided, no hotel slippers, overall 8.5/10 🫱🏽‍🫲🏼.

Kamar bagus banget dengan harga 300rban. Bersih sangat nyaman, receptionist sangat baik, tapi tidak 24jam (9 pagi sampai 7 malam saja) akses ke LRT bekasi mudah, tapi sedikit effort jalan ya.
