nice. clean room, close to everywhere, friendly staff and very responsive in handling problems during the stay. next time I will stay here again

1. Communication between staff needs to be improved, yesterday I missed the check-in issue which they said could be helped with early check-in at least 1 am and without additional costs, and yesterday when I arrived they said it was not possible, after I showed the WA chat with another staff, they allowed me. 2. TV channels are limited and cannot be watched because they are blurry

The bathroom smells like urine. The room is very poorly soundproof, and many of the walls have peeling paint.

The staff is friendly and helpful at check in and comfortable.

Very close to LRT, good access, smooth Wifi, friendly staff, for overnight stays, parking is only free once a day, in-room facilities are decent, no water heater, welcome drink provided, no hotel slippers, overall 8.5/10 🫱🏽‍🫲🏼.

The security guard was not friendly at all. The receptionist did not smile when checking out. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. Never again.

Always a choice for family transit coming to Jakarta by Bus. Close to the toll gate and LRT station, so it makes it easy to access Jakarta.

Overall bagus 85%Pelayanan, fasilitas, harga, lokasi. Minusnya tv kabel tidak bisa di akses karena jaringan wifi tidak stabil.
