The hotel staff is friendly and responsive, and the service is good. The atmosphere is comfortable and quite quiet. The rooms are clean, but the electrical power is not very good. It often trips when several items are used at the same time.

You have to bring your own sheets, blankets, towels, and even pillows to this hotel. It's filthy, with stains all over it. The floors are dusty. It's truly uncomfortable to stay here. There are no clear directions to the hotel either.

1. Communication between staff needs to be improved, yesterday I missed the check-in issue which they said could be helped with early check-in at least 1 am and without additional costs, and yesterday when I arrived they said it was not possible, after I showed the WA chat with another staff, they allowed me. 2. TV channels are limited and cannot be watched because they are blurry
