The room is okay, but it's a long way to get anywhere. This is a perfect hotel to enjoy 😅

Not so family friendly, they insisted for our 10-year-old and 5-year-old to be placed alone in another room. But most of the staff are super friendly and helpful, except for those at reception, surprisingly not so friendly. Big thanks to our luggage helpers Anas and Mike 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The staff there were nice, very accommodating, and some very kind too. Got two pools, a cozy room, good breakfast food selections, nice ambiance, overall such a good stay. Got 7-Eleven & mini marts nearby as well as the beach right in front of the hotel and waterfalls nearby. It’s beautiful there, even a bit secluded from town. Easy transportation with Grab or can rent a motorcycle from the hotel, and can book for a variety of packages to include in your activities at the hotel too, very convenient and such a great stay 👍🏻

Hotel far from the center and front beach, it's a so-so beach. Bed comfortable, swimming pool small.

The service is very bad, get used to serving customers who have been queuing from the start. The mattress is very dirty….

The room is very comfortable and big, but a bit unclean. And also the location is convenient but a bit far from the city. Everything was okay, the hotel service was very bad, when we checked in we had to wait 30-50 minutes to be taken to the room, even though we arrived 2 hours after check-in time.

The staff are very friendly and very helpful, the rooms are clean, smell good, and of course the view and appearance of the rooms are very cool. Highly recommend if you go to Phuket to stay at this hotel and take the pool side and experience kayaking. Thanks

The hotel is as beautiful as in the picture. The staff are lovely. They serve refreshing chrysanthemum tea. They politely recommend the place and the room. There are a lot of people.

ที่พักไม่ใหญ่มาก สระว่ายน้ำสวยแต่มีเท่าที่เห็น แขกพักค่อนข้างเยอะ ไม่ค่อยเป็นส่วนตัว ห้องพักค่อนข้างแคบ อาหารเช้าโอเค

Very recommended hotel, amazing pool with kayak.

In no way that this hotel is a 5 star hotel! There was no where to put away your cloths in draws or hang them. You can only have one cup of coffee per day and no uhl milk just powdered milk, you were lucky if your room got cleaned on the day! There was dirty linen and towels left outside the elevators for all the guest to see! Breakfasts was basic-no one to cook Eggs or bacon to you liking (fresh) The main pool walkway area was blocked with people taking photos and pool bag across the walkway causing a hazard to people walking through!
