This is the first time I've had a family room in a hotel, with a bed for my child. My child loves staying here.

Good experience, comfy and clean

Cik Hawa is a very bad person when she treats guests with a loud voice. She supposedly calmed down the guest but it was the other way around.

Worst hospitality service! Called up the counter more than 5 times nobody pick up the call! So we decided to cancel the stay and choose another hotel! Please upgrade the services! Thank you.

This hotel is really great, very clean, comfortable and thoughtful, love the powerful rain shower and fountain and especially friendly and accommodating lobby staff, will definitely come stay again!

OK. Only location quite far if you want to go city centre.

Room is super clean. Friendly and approachable staff and the breakfast were great. Overall very satisfying and recommended for family stay or business stay.
