Everything was great. The location, room and facility conditions, hospitality, definitely worth every penny👌🏻. Didn’t expect would get the most perfect place and private experience with only Rp700k-ish/ night in the middle of Canggu area in the first place, but this one comes with every essential thing you need to stay. Plus point, it is located nearby minimarket, pharmacy, cafe, ATM, gym, and even hospital. Would definitely come back here and recommend it for anyone who need to find a place to stay in Canggu✨

The location is strategic, close to Atlas, but the service is not so good, they do self check in so they only give me a WA number at the front door to contact me. When I contacted them, they threw me to other numbers and ended up calling the same number. There were no toiletries. The TV was not installed, the excuse was that it was broken. When I wanted to swim, there was a rat swimming in the pool. When I complained, I was told, "I don't know anything, sir." It was a dud to stay here. I wanted to leave at night and look for another hotel, but it was already night and it was raining. Maybe the service needs to be looked after again. Makes my vacation mood bad 🥵

The location is a bit inside (for those who like peace and quiet, it's suitable here) It would be better if there was a staff that could be contacted 24 hours. So if it's urgent, you can contact them The room is good, the AC is cold, only the pool floor is a bit dirty

I left my item there in the refrigerator but the admin was very slow to respond even though I asked for a gojek, he should still have the item or he should have secured it, and try to contact us. Even though I also gave you a tip for those who clean it 😌🙏.

Bad experience staying here 2x dead water while showering. The team there is not friendly at all. The price offered is not appropriate at all. It's better if the other place has a swimming pool too.
