The hotel is nice... If you go out a bit, there is a lot of food, the distance to the city is not far, the room is also big and clean.

The prices are now too expensive, there are still many good and fairly cheap hotels.

Staff are nice. Location is good, within walking distance to some tourist destinations. Free refill water in lobby area. Room feels new & clean. Water-heater and aircond all runs smoothly. Chiller is available. Can leave luggages before checkin or after checkout (placed inside staff room). Two minor things: TV and safety box are not working (broken antenna cable and possibly unit error, respectively. Should've QC this before guests come in). Staff offered to have them fixed, but we wouldn't bother as we only stayed for 2 nights and mostly spent time outside. Overall, everything is good. Wouldn't mind staying here again next time.

The room is spacious, clean, there is refillable water in the lobby, the price is affordable, the service is also good, you can check in early as long as the room is available, yesterday I was able to enter the room at 12:30, not too demanding, to Georgetown, places to eat, bus stops are within walking distance

Very nice hotel, second time staying here, long stay for each visit (around 10 days each visit), near bus stop (TM Point, Nasi Kandar Pelita Maclister, Wisma MCA). Wisma MCA is also a stop for Penang Free Bus (Penang CAT). For Premier League fans, there is Stadium Astro channel available in the room, so you can watch the game.

The room was clean and nice, but the AC was loud and the wifi was inaccessible when I stayed.

The partition walls are a bit thin, so noise from outside is quite audible. Refillable water and a luggage scale are available in the lobby area.
