Wifi can't be used, not suitable for travelers who bring a lot of luggage because there is no elevator. Want to rest but get more tired climbing stairs to 3 floors :)

Hotel staff are friendly and explain everything well, check in-out is easy.

The hotel location is very close to Timberland Medical Center, Kuching.

The service is quite good, but the facilities are very bad, the room lights are dim, ask for a new one to be replaced, there is no lift, you have to climb the stairs to the 4th floor, bring a suitcase and have to carry a baby, it's best if you bring babies or children don't stay here, inside The room doesn't have a machine for hot water, if you want hot water you have to get it outside the room, which is used by many people, the wifi is also very slow.

The hotel is clean, the receptionist is also friendly, left and right are near the food pharmacy, also close to buying anything, close to the mall, take a grab for only 8 Rm.

Actually OK lha based on the price. But the room is very dark. The lamp very little. And there is extra charges. They said foreign tax/room/night @RM10. In the beginning, I thought this is room deposit, so in the end of stay I will get back the rm 30. But its not. Because its Tax not deposit lol. The location is very near with Timberland Medical Centre (you just can walk).

Kamar y bersih luasten dari hotel sebelah y tempat makanan yang enak-enak dan murah dkt minimarket 1 kawasan dengan rs timberland jadi tgl melangkah aza klw mau berobat ke Rs tp gak ada lift jadi mesti PK tangga lumayan BKN capek sih tp hy mslh naek tangga aza selebih y oc koq.

Small and narrow entarnce, very friendly staff, big rooms with small bath, nice view but very noisy outside you can't sleep at night.

Quite satisfied because the TV in the room has been upgraded to a smart TV. The most strategic location because I am a vegetarian and there are many vegetarian restaurants around.
