The room's amenities and condition were within budget, but breakfast was not included when booking with the agent. Similarly, beverages like coffee, creamer, and sugar were not provided in the room, although there were two bottles of mineral water. Parking was limited and full, but when leaving in the morning, there was an attendant to manage it because the exit was blocked by other cars.

The bed's wood was damaged and the edges were sharp. The bathroom's shower was clogged, the drain didn't drain properly, and it hadn't been cleaned. The toilet's water hose was installed on the left side. The parking lot was too small, requiring guests to be moved out. The bathroom water would suddenly shut off when we needed it.

The staff was friendly, but last time I asked for a regular room (which happened to be empty), they said it wasn't the type I booked. Every time I book, I always choose the same room type, but it still says it's not that type. There's no Wi-Fi, but the facilities don't say it's not working.

If you just want to sleep, it's okay to stay here, but if you want a comfortable hotel atmosphere.

I have tried to book low budget rooms at this hotel several times but the comfort and facilities are so-so, not recommended for the price of a room in its class compared to hotels or oyo that are equivalent. the plus is we only get a lobby and the name of staying at the grand aceh hotel hehehehe besides that the location is quite close to several coffee shops and culinary places such as wong solo. for a room with a price of 200 thousand, it's better to add a little because the caste of this lowest priced room is very different wkwkwkwkwk.
