There are many delicious places to eat around the hotel.

my review is for low budget rooms offered via traveloka. I have tried to book low budget rooms at this hotel several times but the comfort and facilities are so-so, not recommended for the price of a room in its class compared to hotels or oyo that are equivalent. the plus is we only get a lobby and the name of staying at the grand aceh hotel hehehehe besides that the location is quite close to several coffee shops and culinary places such as wong solo. for a room with a price of 200 thousand, it's better to add a little because the caste of this lowest priced room is very different wkwkwkwkwk.

Even though there weren't many guests at the hotel, we booked through the application and were given a room at the back and in a stuffy condition.

strategic location, nice room, parking is difficult, the first night I went in the water cooker was not washed and there was still coffee residue from the previous person, the glass was used on the second day until I went home and it was not washed, the others were good, towels were changed every day

Disappointed, I booked 2 rooms long ago but why are they on different floors?

The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel atmosphere is quite comfortable, the room is comfortable. One day I go to Aceh again, I will stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended. Thank you Grand Aceh Hotel.

good service and close to everywhere

The room conditions were uncomfortable, and there was a loud noise from next door so it was not a good night's sleep.

the receptionist is very friendly, you can check the room first and choose the one you want to stay in, the outside room is clean, there is a big TV.

One of the hotel bathroom facilities is the availability of hot water, but in reality the water heater is not working, we have complained but from the hotel there is no attempt to repair or move us to another room where the water heater may be functioning properly.

Strategic location, close to Acehnese coffee/food stalls! Just an ordinary room.
