The Housekeeping Team needs help I think. The bathroom walls have never been brushed. Overall OK anyway. The painter fixed my cigarette. Hahahaha.

The place is comfortable and spacious too, lots of places to eat around it so it's not difficult to find food.

The reception staff are not friendly at all. Luckily the room is according to the price, the AC is okay, the bed linen is ok. It's just that when I entered, the room really smelled of cigarettes, then the bathroom was wet like it had leaked. Oh yeah, no amenitis at all, no towels either.

Very satisfied. Even though the TV channel can't be watched. The service is very satisfying.

Kamar bocor, sprei bekas orang lain, kamar mandi kotor.

The service is not friendly. Rooms are not clean.

Air conditioner not cool and remote has timer every 10 minutes is off and no soap no sanitary, clean but so.

AC turns off, bathroom is dirty, can't get toiletries, ask for lower room, given at the top, no recommend.

The location is very strategic close to the busway stop.

Very bad, disappointed, there is no cleanliness at all, the toilet is dirty, the sheets don't seem to have been replaced, the blanket smells, can't get soap towels, the cupboard is close to the table, the wifi network is broken, the lights are orange, it's stuffy too. The facilities are okay, the standard is okay, but the cleanliness should be really maintained. Very disappointed.

Saya tidak terima dengan staf di Anggrek Residence karena saya ada baju yang ketinggalan dan main buang saja di tempat sampah pas saya balik lagi mau ambil itu baju sudah berada di tempat sampah.

Saya mengajukan complain dan cancel dengan pesenan ini! Waktu saya datang pegawai sudah tidak sopan!- Tidak ada senyum sama sekali.- Melayani sembari bermain game.- Angkat kaki ke meja. Bukan hanya itu, masih ditambah lagi dengan: 1. Saya diberi kamar yang mana ada kecoaknya di kasur, kami minta pindah. 2. Kita diberi bantal dengan cetakan pulau berwarna kuning di Bantal, kami minta ganti bantal tapi justru pindah kamar. 3. Kamar ke tiga AC nya tidak dingin sama sekali, seperti pakai kipas Angin. Petugas Hotel justru marah-marah dan bilang untuk cancel saja kalau tidak mau. Kami tegaskan bahwa kami minta pindah karena kamar yang diberikan tidak layak, sangat tidak layak! Kami sangat kecewa! Meski petugas lain minta maaf namun dengan nada sangat pelan (sepertinya dia takut dengan pegawai yang tidak benar tadi). Kami tiba jam 10.00 dan jam 12. 30 an saya pergi. Kamar kotor, fasilitas tidak layak, pegawai memarahi tamu. Sangat mengecewakan! Saya harap agen online dapat bertindak tegas dan bisa melakukan screening terhadap mitranya, layak atau tidak layak!

Sangat-sangat tidak rekomendasi, Wifi tidak bisa di pakai, sinyal semua hilang di kamar itu. Pelayanan tidak ramah sama sekali, tv rusak. Sangat-sangat buruk,

The lights are yellow like chicken lights, the smartbox doesn't have a remote so the TV doesn't function, the bathroom looks like a room that isn't ready, towels and others are delayed.

It's comfortable, it's just a shame I can't get a drink and soap.
