The room is dirty, it hasn't been cleaned for a long time, there is no drinking water/dispenser in the room as stated in the description. The bath towels are also dirty. It's better to increase the price but improve the service and cleanliness.

I feel cheated by this hotel and application. Because when you arrive at the hotel, you have the right to have a room even though you have paid for it.

Sebelumnya dapet kamar yang enak, dispenser idup terus kompor ada gasnya, pas kemaren dapet kamar kompor ada tapi ga ada gas, dispenser juga yang panas ga bisa dipake.
