I stayed in room 307. The water pressure was very, very weak, sometimes there was no water at all. I asked for two new towels and waited forever but they never arrived. There was no shelf for shampoo and body wash in the bathroom; I had to put them on the toilet lid. The toilet didn't have an exhaust fan, oh my god. A very, very bad experience.

I booked the room based on the picture, but didn't know what the room type was. Instead of paying 1.1 million VND for two nights, I booked the other room because the price seemed reasonable and there was a picture. I wasn't very happy after checking in.

I rented this place for my child's medical check-ups. It's located right between two hospitals, so it's very convenient. The staff are lovely, and the rooms are clean.

Not only was the hotel room not air-conditioned, but there wasn't even a fan available. At 11:30, I called to request a fan, but I waited almost 40 minutes. During those 40 minutes, I made three calls, and it wasn't until after midnight that I finally received the fan, otherwise I would have gone to sleep. And to make matters worse, they brought a tiny mini-fan – it was infuriating! No matter how nice the hotel is, they bring a mini-fan that sits lower than the bed – how disrespectful!

The actual room was nothing like the sample photos; it was vastly different in size, layout, and lighting—terrible—and had a strong musty smell. Check-in was delayed; although we had been contacted to check in at 2 PM, we had to wait until almost 3:30 PM. The cleaning was shoddy, and the room was very dirty upon arrival. The reception and management were inconsolable.

The room is a bit dark; more suitable lighting needs to be added.

The hotel had a power outage, it was gloomy, the yellow lights were broken. During the day, the water was off so you couldn't even flush the toilet, let alone shower. I arrived at the hotel at 4 am, there was no reception, and I didn't get my room until 2:45 pm after leaving my luggage there. They left the mirror opposite the bed – the hotel must be haunted. I knocked on the door, then turned on the water, and to top it all off, I couldn't sleep because of constant sleep paralysis. It was a terrible experience; the room was terrifying, pitch black and gloomy, with those black and white paintings hanging on the walls – it was awful. The reason it was cheap is understandable.

Friendly staff. Cleanliness. 10/10 amenities. Affordable prices.

The pictures looked beautiful, but what I received was a gloomy, dark basement room.

The room was very dirty, smelly, and moldy, and they were being deceptive. I booked a VIP room but was demoted to a standard room. When I called to ask if the room had a balcony, the staff asked for my name when I booked and said yes, but when I arrived they said they had given me the wrong information. The toilet had no door, the room was old and extremely damp. Anyone going to Da Lat should avoid this place.

Very satisfied and pleased, conveniently located near a gas station for road trips.

I booked a room upstairs with a window overlooking the basement. The room smelled quite bad and had no exhaust fan. The sales staff directed me to this room without my knowledge. Disappointed, I will never return.

The bathroom faucet and toilet were leaking water onto the floor, making it very unhygienic. The bedroom did not match the description when booking.

A terrible experience. From the moment we checked in until our family of four returned from our outing, there was no running water in the room for use in the bathroom or shower. This was happening between 5 PM and 7 PM, and we had to leave for Saigon. We called the reception, but they kept making excuses about repairing the water pipes, and then didn't fix anything. Even when a receptionist came to try and resolve the issue, it was still unresolved. How can we use the room without running water for the bathroom? And we had already paid for the room through Traveloka. On our first day, January 31st, we experienced the exact same problem, and they made us fetch cold water from the bathroom to use in the bathtub.

I booked a room with a bathtub for two nights. I checked in today, and the bathtub had hot water, but no cold water. The receptionist said there were no alternative rooms available, so I had to use a water heater to get cold water from the bathroom to fill the tub. I don't understand how you're supposed to relax like this. Getting water from the bathroom wets the floor, making it very slippery, and I almost fell several times. And how many times did I have to fill the water heater with cold water to make enough warm water for the tub?! And I had a small child with me. And will it be the same the next day?!

The toilet didn't have a door, huhu, and the room didn't smell very nice, but overall it was okay.
