My Points

The service is very bad. I have to wait 1 hour to check in and 1 hour to check out. The service is 1/10. Room quality is also very dirty. There are still food packages left. The floor is also dirty not broomed or mopped. And smells bad. Room quality 1/10. Very bad stay experience, hope you don't meet something like this again.

Pelayanan nya sangat buruk sekali. Saya harus menunggu 1 jam untuk check in dan 1 jam untuk check out. Pelayanannya 1/10. Kualitas kamar juga sangat kotor. Masih ada bekas bungkusan makanan. Lantai juga kotor tidak di sapu atau pel. Dan berbau tidak sedap. Kualitas kamar 1/10. Pengalaman menginap yang sangat buruk sekali semoga tidak bertemu yang seperti ini lagi.
