The place is not good, the AC is no longer cold and the most annoying thing is that the people are not honest because when checking in the receptionist asked for additional money and said they had to add more if we booked online. This is the first time I have had an incident like this.

Ini bukan hotel atau homestay, tempatnya berisik banget kaya kontrakan atau rumah rusun spreinya kotor, kamar mandinya kotor, kaya kamar tidak pernah di bersihin, gagang pintunya copot, pintu kamar mandi tidak bisa ditutup, saya minta pindah kamar 2x dan kamarnya sama semua kotor, tidak nyaman buat istirahat, saya langsung pindah hotel karena emang ga bisa buat istirahat.
