Responsive, friendly, comfortable, the room smells good. Only yesterday there was a problem at the door but the response was immediately corrected immediately, and the wifi was rather slow. Next will stay here again.

The place is clean, fragrant, comfortable. Really worth it with a low budget.

Tempatnya bersih, nyaman, dan wangi. Kamar mandi juga bersih. Wifi kenceng. Saya kemarin dapat unit di tower A lokasinya ada di atas Mall Bassura, jadi kalau mau jajan atau beli makan deket. Minusnya cuma kasurnya aja kurang empuk, sama di kamar mandi ga ada gantungan baju. Check in nya juga cepat banget. Tapi lokasi check in agak jauh di Tower D, sedangkan unit sewa di tower A

It's bad to check at 16.30, even though it came from 15.00 but said the room wasn't ready, there were problems. You should have prepared your room before that time because the check-in time is 14.00. Please note.

Rooms was clean and good enough for have some rest. Like the smells of the room and they gave me early check in at 1pm. The staff is so friendly. Wifi and smart TV are available and quite fast. Thank you

The electricity is not strong with the properties in the unit.

Was given room F12CG. The room key was taken far away, the bathroom shower was broken, it should have been replaced, there was no hot water, the bed had to be replaced, oh my gosh, this hurts, there are lots of small cockroaches.

Just entered the room, it smells really good, the sheets are clean, check-in-checkout is easy, worth it for the price. Maybe you need to add a water heater, water heater and shampoo.

The rooms are clean and the kitchen is quite complete if you want to cook for yourself.

First time using a comfortable room to stay at Bassura. Because the subscription is full booking. To check in, there is a kind of counter that is different from the others and sorry, I was a bit disappointed because the check-in took so long, but maybe it was because it was busy. Ordered a studio and got a 2BR because it turned out to be a full studio. So you get a free upgrade, indirectly. For this 2BR the room smells really good, clean, everything is complete according to the picture & description. It's only at night that the electricity goes down and yes, the response from the owner/guard is fast so it can be handled even though we just have to watch it next door. The rest is according to the name "Comfort Room". Worth it to go back/try.

Nyaman sekali di Bassura Apartment by Ruang Nyaman. Proses check in mudah tinggal telepon hotel nanti di kasih tau ke ruko langsung untuk ngambil kuncinya. Setelah itu ambil kunci diarahkan ke unit yang sesuai. Ruangannya bersih, nyaman, terdapat kompor dan alat dapur, ada kulkas. Kamar mandi oke. Bagus terima kasih ka Septa yang udah bantu untuk proses check in.

The place is very comfortable for relaxing, especially near the mall, so if you want to eat, watch & shop, just walk. Disadvantages: - Parking is not borne by the apatel, staying 1 night the parking fee is almost 66,000 and you have to pay using a BCA flazz.

Nice to just stay for work.

The room is not soundproof from inside. The sound from outside the room can be heard inside the room.

Kesekian kalinya staycation di apartemen basurra tapi baru pertama kali coba yang by ruang nyaman. No depo, hy jaminan KTP asli saja. Staff nya, pak septa ramah & gercep buat balas chatingan saat kita butuh/ada kendala sesuatu. Type room family dapet di lantai 2, view pool & ini bagus banget. Kamarnya simple minimalis, kekurangan hanya di 1 handuk yang udah kucel banget tolong untuk diganti saja karena tidak sesuai banget dengan kamarnya yang wah, keset kamar juga cuma 1, perlengkapan dapur standart hanya kurang pisau aja (biasanya ada). Kunci pintu rusak, tidak bisa dicabut jadi kita keluar room tanpa mengunci pintu. Tidak dsediakan tisu & shampoo (biasanya ada). Salah satu nilai plus nya adalah saya menit late check out jam 13.00 di perbolehkan, jadi bisa solat dulu. Overall sangat puas menginap di Bassura, pasti saya akan balik untuk stay lagi di sana.
