Great stay‼️

I only had interaction with a single team member. However, he was excellent and i observed him with other clients and he was ver polite and knowledgeable.

Top tier property. While costing more. Worth every cent.

We had a comfortable and pleasant stay with family. The hotel room was spacious and clean, with almost all the amenities, well-maintained, and had a nice ambience. Especially, the complementary breakfast was yummy, with a wide variety of options. The staff was helpful. Overall, a great experience....we'd happily return!

The hotel was nice, quiet and convenient. Payment for parking was unexpected, normally you don’t have to do that because you paid for the hotel. As far the breakfast, they could have done better.

The room smelled like mold and body odor upon entering. There was not cover for the ceiling light in the kitchen so the bulbs were exposed. I intended on staying there with my husband and 2 children but it wasn't clean for my children to crawl around on the floor. We ended up leaving after 10 minutes. I was told I'd still have to pay for 1 night despite not staying.

Very convenient location right off the highway, perfect for an overnight stay on a multi-day trip. The front desk staff was very helpful, answering questions about nearby food options. Very good breakfast in a comfortable setting.

Affordability and for the price it wasn’t too bad. But the bathroom in the room had a sulfur smell that took overnight with the fan on to get most of it out. Odd stain in the carpet, loose fitting sheets, and only 2 garbage pails in the entire room.

Proximity to the airport

A great experience overall. We are new to residence inn hotels and were always trying other options. However, with a family, residence inn is the best option and we have become lifelong fans. Kids love it too. The breakfast has reasonable amount of choices and filling. Highly recommended.

I had a problem on night 2 where my tv wouldn’t work, and they could not get it working. I requested a discount, and/or to talk to the manager who was arriving in the morning. I left before the manager arrived and requested him to call, and he never called.

First room was given to us was dirty and has bad smell. They changed to room right away. All the suite has connecting rooms, and you will definitely hear the next door coming in and walking out and talking. The breakfast part. They have the same breakfast Monday to Sunday. Not even normal breakfast options. The pool was okay but overcrowded most of the time. Wouldn't be coming back to this property for sure.
