Initial communication with Yassin was great. Unfortunately the property did not provide us with the specific address. It should have been 34M; our taxi driver dropped us way up the hill. I tried to call got no answer. Checked the Expedia post and it only said 34. When we finally arrived Yassin was definitely in a rush to leave. The room itself has huge potential however is VERY poorly maintained. Extremely dusty and evidence of mold. There were also Cobb webs hanging from the walls and ceiling. The whole room stank of wet mold. In our bed room we found someone’s old contacts on the floor which makes me think the room was not cleaned properly. The floor was so disgusting it felt like it had never been mopped or very carelessly done so. The bathroom also was dirty and had mold in the shower. The host messaged asking if they could glean it after my initial review which they did not. Over all very disappointed. The location was perfect however we feel it they made even a little effort to upkeep the property it would be a totally different experience. So much potential but it feels more or less a cash grab with no care put into the over all experience for the guest. Avoid if possible.

Excellent spot within walking distance of everything.

Getting a taxi at this location was quite the struggle for us. Uber will be your best bet. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable. We were two couple staying here and they only have one set of keys so we had a hard time doing our own thing.

Visited Florence for first time, had to arrive very late due to flight diversion, property manager very accomodating and let us in after midnight, thank you. Place very spacious but needs maintenance, mould on walls in bedroom and lounge, shower overflowed and did not drain away, advised property manager who got it fixed immediately but shower and surrounds very mouldy and needs a good clean. Duvet on bed very stained and with no cover, bed very noisy and creaky😃. Overall a very handy place to stay for location, close to many bars and restaurants. We did a lot of walking as place easy to get around, also went to football match at Artemio Franchi Stadium, fans very passionate. Train is easy to manage, did day trip to Pisa and then bullet train to Bologna.
