Everything was okay, except for the lady sitting behind the desk near the gym door. When I asked her a question, she responded in a disrespectful way—almost like she hates her job and was answering me with forced attitude. Imagine if someone wants to spend thousands for a week-long stay here and gets treated like that! On the other hand, the guys at reception were great—cool and respectful. When we arrived, they welcomed us, helped with our luggage, and offered us drinks with a smile. I came to your hotel to do a complimentary videography project for Expedia with my cost. I’m making a video of your hotel for free, which helps people around the world see what your hotel really looks like—not just photos on the Expedia website.

Ok hotel

The beds were great. Quality sheets and clean rooms. I liked their filtered water system because then you could get as much as you wanted. The coffee machine in the room was good too. The restaurant on the roof had great food and view. Perfect. The breakfast was also very good and I would recommend. I have traveled a lot and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Property is quiet and has good amenities. Rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. I went to the bar to try to use my coupon for a free drink, but the bar was completely full and very loud.

New hotel under renovation. We love the roof top bar. Great sunset. The pool is tiny and not really for swimming if you have kids and hope to play around the pool. It’s right next to the pool bar counter top. Room is clean. Bathroom is spacious. We didn’t get the room with the view of the ocean. 3 restaurants on site. Not close to larcorma shopping mall like the Pullman or JW. One thing would be nice to have to having another extra glass jar to refill water at the station. Love that they try to eliminate use of plastic bottles. The jar provided is too small. We had to take many trips to the refill station on the floor! Check in was fast. The doormen/concierge staff were EXTREMELY nice and friendly. Eager to help and recommend restaurants. Will stay there again- hope the lobby will be done w construction soon.

Things we Loved: Amenities, The food options, 27 Tapas, Japanese steak house, 1st floor restaurant, and Room Service food were all amazing! We especially Loved their Ceviche, we had it 3 times it was soooo good! Pool, Spa, Workout area: All of these were clean and great options we enjoyed. VIP Access: We were given one cocktail for free as part of the package. The (2) drink choices were poor quality, we would of thought we could choose what we want and not be limited. Room Upgrade: we were upgraded from a standard room to a City View which was great! Breakfast Buffet: We were informed by the checkin desk when we arrived that we were given the breakfast buffet option when originally I didnt choose it as an option. When we went to eat in the morning to enjoy the buffet we were then given a bill. All in all this hotel was a great choice

Clean, comfortable room. Nice size. Breakfast at restaurant was delicious. Good location for sightseeing and safe area. We walked around at night and did not feel unsafe.

Excellent property, very well located in Miraflores, with good-sized clean and modern rooms. Beautiful and atmospheric rooftop bar and 2 other restaurants. Due to Expedia Gold status, we got upgraded to a much better room with great views. Great stay, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if back in Lima!

El hotel se ve bastante nuevo. Hay mucho personal en la recepción pero poco para la limpieza de las habitaciones. No nos hicieron la habitación hasta por la tarde (llamaron a las 16:00 para hacer la habitación, es la primera vez en un hotel que vuelvo tras el almuerzo y me encuentro la habitación sin hacer). El desayuno no me sorprendió, he visto hoteles con menos estrellas y desayunos más variados. No creo que compense pagar lo que cuesta el buffet de desayuno. El check-in es a las 15, pero en algunos hoteles, si llegas antes y tienen habitación disponible, te dejan entrar, pero no fue el caso.

We stay at IberoStar for our honeymoon. Staff was thoughtful and ensure to welcome us with sweets, roses and cute decorations to celebrate our first trip as a married couple. The area is close to everything.
