Everything was perfect. Excellent hotel

Lyon at reception was wonderful and so helpful. Staff on the roof deck were most gracious and remembered our preferences from the week prior. Concierge suggested many perfect meals and was so accommodating. We loved this hotel and look forward to our return. Many thanks!

Amazing and comfortable stay! Front staff is very helpful and cordial. They kept our suitcases after check and my medication in their fridge. Kudos to Alejandra and Alexui at front desk.

Great place

Very nice hotel in a very nice location. I am not sure if it’s language barrier or the cultural thing, but I found staff to be less friendly. Also, hotel should put accurate photos of their room as ocean view room was partial ocean view. The window of my room was not facing the ocean

The property offers a wonderful buffet breakfast. The heated swimming pool is a plus specially during the winter of Lima.

I would stay here again 100 times what an amazing hotel. Front desk staff we’re phenomenal and help full.

It’s the Little Things that Count! Hotel Souma completely exceeded my expectations. It’s not just a “nice” hotel—it’s the kind of place that quietly spoils you with little touches you didn’t know you needed until you had them. Think “why doesn’t every hotel do this?” kind of nice. The rooms are extremely comfortable, with thoughtful extras like a yoga mat (finally, a hotel that acknowledges we travel with bodies), and a magical water refill station on every floor! The beds come with a full pillow personality profile: fat or thin, soft or firm, they’ve got your neck covered. The staff are truly lovely—genuinely helpful, warm, and always ready with a smile or suggestion. The restaurants have great service and delicious food The location? Ideal. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, style, and substance. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!

It is a nice hotel; the breakfast was great. We didn’t use anything else.

This hotel was okay. Super clean and the staff very friendly. It’s our fault that we didn’t realize this was an eco friendly hotel and we do not care for that. It’s inconvenient to have to take a carafe to go to a common area and fill it to have water to drink in the room. But this is just personal preference. Another super inconvenient thing is the location. Because it is on a one way road, it would take our drivers 15 minutes going in a loop in order to end up in the same area but going in a different direction.

Excellent: good food, nice room with view, fantastic service, great location

This property was amazing. Three great restaurants. The roof top bar and pool was beautiful. There was music at night. The buffet breakfast was great with lots items to choose from and eggs made to order. Room was huge. We had a view of the water which was just a few blocks away.

Staff is not well trained. They provided misinformation about the check out time and room upgrades. I was locked out multiple times and had to run to the front desk to get it addressed. Hotel is new and very clean and in a convenient location.
