Amazing and clean hotel. Hospitality was great! Will definitely return. The staff were all so nice and delightful.

It was all very international and nice. There was no restaurant and my room had no body wash. But they eventually found some for me. Over all I would stay there again. The price was great!

It was just ok. My complaint is more about the noise. We could hear the people above our room flushing their toilets and also the car lifts in the parking garage below us. So not much sleeping in in the morning.

Staff are very accommodating and welcoming. The only improvement we feel could be made would be umbrellas around the rooftop pool loungers.

The only critique I would have is that the sound insulation in the rooms are not the best.

PEFECT PLACE TO STAY. 5 MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH. ROOF TOP POOL WAS REALLY NICE. THE RESTAURANT WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION WAS THE ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT.

I would rate this hotel as a 3 stars hotel with all the services and amenities.

Overcharge for everything. Nobody in vallet after 11 and front desk. Check out at 10 am?? Really. Dont recommend

Fantastic location and the team on reception couldn’t do enough for you. Bike hire and sunbeds included which really made a difference to our stay.

We had a great stay at Upsun! We booked rooms before/after an extended cruise. Martin and Natalia at the front desk made it a great experience with champagne at arrival 😁. The resort fee was worth it, we had a beautiful view on the rooftop pool and nice bikes to rent (included). It's the perfect area to bike from, the beach is just down the street! The only downside was the early check out time, but they worked with us both days for an extension. Thanks to the staff at Upsun!

It was my first time staying here and I really enjoyed the location, the private pool upstairs, the concierge were friendly and helpful. It was a nice crowd of people staying- not partners or too many kids/families.
